HI,
comenting on your last video ( day 113) i would like to leave you some advices since i've enjoyed watching your stuff all this time may that helps , cus we know doing it alone is the hardest.
- order stuff online, is so much easier.
- add more cacau, is so much more fun!!!
- go vegan! you will for sure feal lots better and have more energy!
-let the emotional stuff come out, eating "non raw" really won't help.

Stay raw! you know you want to!

really, you've done so well! Just look back at your other vids!
I know it might seem annoying now, but just try to stick to it, you'll be thankful later! (:

Oh and, I'm not shunning your dietary choices or anything, but i've heard that eating animal products (raw or cooked) can make you feel angry, fustrated etc..
Maybe you could use coconut water? (as opposed to almond milk, as you said your pressed for time)

Hi,
You looked so happy today on the 122 video, super cool!
I have to say i was happy to hear you say "rock n'raw!" on it... or was it my imagination? :)
I love the high vibe i get from the cacau and would like to share my favorite recepie with you, i drink that pretty much every day .

1 banana
1 handfull of gojis ( or açai)
some blueberries
1 big spoon of coconut oil ( mine has some olive oil in it )
almost 2 big spoons of yakon syrup of agave nectar.
i mix that for a while until its creamy.

then i add:
1 big spoon of maca
1 of lucuma
almost 1 of mesquite
2 of shelled hemp seeds
1 of soy lecithin (?)
lots of cacau ( until it's dark)
some spring water (until it's easy to drink.)

mix that until creamy!

i drink that slowly and feel super great after! so this is one to share.

ps: when i am 100% sometimes i dream for days about eating gluten free, wheat free , vegan pasta:) then i go for it... then i feel super super bad,it's not guilt but fisicaly drained, tired, sad etc... but i am glad i go through it so that i stop having the cravings and instead i remember the felling i get afterwords. it's a learnig experience. all worth it!

curious about the results tomorrow.

Hi,
Today as i was making my super choco smoothie, i realised i have messed up on the recepie i sent you,cus i make it for me and my husband so instead of one banana i put two and the rest is the same. so when i make it just for myself it's half of it:)
Hope you try it out, you will be giving yourself energy points 100!"you know you want to"haha
